Crush and Soak Solution
- 300 mM sodium acetate
- 1 mM EDTA (pH 8.0)
- 0.1% SDS (optional)
Note: Use SDS to prevent DNA from sticking to centrifuge tubes. If you are using low-binding tubes, SDS is not necessary.
