5X Tris-Glycine DNA Electrophoresis Buffer

0.25 M Tris base, 2.0 M glycine.

To make 2.5 L of 5X Tris-glycine DNA electrophoresis buffer: dissolve 75.8 g Tris base and 375.4 g glycine in distilled water. Bring the total volume to 2.5 L. There is no need to adjust the pH of this buffer.
