How to use this calculator

Enter the clock-in and clock-out times, then subtract your combined unpaid breaks. Add dates when a shift crosses midnight.

What this means

Gross duration is the full span from start to end. Net worked time is gross duration minus breaks. Regular time stops at your chosen threshold, and any remaining net time is shown as overtime.

A weekly threshold compares only this entered shift with the weekly limit; it does not add earlier shifts from the week.
