TBST Buffer Recipe
1X TBST: 50 mM Tris·HCl, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.1% Tween 20.
To make 1000 ml of TBST buffer solution, mix the following reagents:
- 100 ml 10X TBS
- 10 ml 10% Tween 20
- 890 ml ultrapure water
